More about us
Olga Bastian
Olga has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of strategy, concept and design — often moving comfortably between the commercial and the cultural. She tends to question conventions, not to be contrarian, but out of a genuine curiosity for how things might be sharper, more meaningful or simply better.
Driven by a strong artistic sensibility and a deep respect for craft, Olga has a particular fondness for ideas with integrity, precision and staying power. She is endlessly curious, deeply invested in visual culture, and firmly believes that good taste, care and human insight still matter — especially in a world that increasingly prefers shortcuts. Alongside her work at Kiki Gotaway, she is Course Director of ADlinjen at The Danish School of Advertising, where she continues to explore and challenge what contemporary art direction can be.
Heidi Volke
Heidi comes from a strategic planning background, with an academic foundation and a long-standing habit of asking questions before jumping to conclusions. She combines analytical thinking with a sharp creative instinct, allowing her to move easily between insight, strategy and ideas that actually make sense in the real world.
Over the years, Heidi has helped brands and organisations find clarity, direction and a tone of voice that feels human rather than constructed. Her work is characterised by precision, depth and a strong sense of relevance — making complex matters easier to understand, without oversimplifying them. At Kiki Gotaway, she plays a central role in turning business challenges into ideas people notice, remember and trust.
